While many areas are suffering with no activities in real estate market, Cupertino area’s Lynbrook High School nighborhood had about 12 single family homes sold in last 3 months, and 4 of them were sold above asking price and one was sold for the asking price. Currently (as of now) 13 single family homes are pending and only 4 single family homes are for sale according to MLSListings’ data. People are still looking for homes in good school districts. Lynbrook High School and Miller Middle school continue to maintain high standards.
